Earick Dismisses Tottenham Hotspur Takeover Bid After Approach
The former chairman oversaw Spurs' move to the state-of-the-art venue in recent years.

The club had earlier “unequivocally rejected” an preliminary inquiry from a investment group headed by Brooklyn Earick last period and stated the organization was off the market.
But the nation's corporate governance laws stipulated that, having had an initial approach declined, the group were obligated to present a formal offer by 24 October or announce they would not proceed.

Spurs' leadership expressed gratitude to the consortium for its “constructive approach” in negotiations and for “acknowledging the clear position” of the proprietors that the club is not for sale.
Earick is a ex-disc jockey who also was employed in space technology for Nasa before creating his technology firm, which focuses on innovation, media, sports and leisure.
Earick's proposal was the latest inquiry turned down by the organization's leadership since the sudden departure of top executive Daniel Levy in last month.
Earlier in September, the team declined proposals from ex-Newcastle investor Staveley's PCP International and a consortium headed by Roger Kennedy and the co-investor through the holding company.
Levy and his relatives control about thirty percent of Enic Holdings – which has an nearly 87 percent interest in Tottenham.
